About the Engagement

Brand Strategy and Positioning is the complete strategic foundation of your business. It defines who you are, who you serve, what makes you different, how you communicate, and where you show up. It is not a logo. It is not a website. It is the thinking that makes everything else work.

Done-with-you means we build this together, not for you while you watch from the sidelines. You are the expert on your business. I bring the strategic framework, the market perspective, and the clarity. Together we produce something that is genuinely yours, not a template filled with your name.

In practice, this means showing up to our working sessions prepared, giving honest answers about your business, and engaging with the work between sessions. The quality of the outcome is directly tied to how much you put in. Clients who show up fully always get results that surprise them.

The engagement typically runs 6 weeks or more, depending on the package and the complexity of your business. The Foundation runs shorter; The Full Build and Partnership run the full duration.

We do not rush the work. A well-built brand strategy is something you will use for years, it deserves the time to be done properly. That said, we keep the process structured and focused so nothing drags unnecessarily.

You receive a complete, documented Brand Strategy and Positioning deliverable built specifically for your business. Depending on your package, this includes your Business and Market Clarity Report, Brand Positioning Framework, Brand Messaging Guide, Brand Identity Direction, Marketing Strategy Blueprint, and 90-Day Action Plan.

These are not generic documents. They are built from scratch for your specific business, market, and goals, and they are designed to be immediately actionable, not sit in a folder and gather dust.

This is a one-time project engagement. You pay once and we build your brand strategy together over the engagement period. It is not a monthly retainer.

The exception is The Partnership package, which includes 2 to 3 months of post-delivery check-ins and implementation oversight after the strategy is handed over. But even that has a defined end point. It is not an open-ended commitment.

I take one a limited number of Brand Strategy projects per quarter, so this is a personalized service. No reassignment here. Just both of us slugging it out together, making sure your business succeeds.

The Process

We start with a kick-off strategy session where we do a deep diagnosis of your business, your offer, your market, your ideal client, and the perception gap between where you are and where you need to be. From there, we move through the six pillars of the engagement: Business and Market Clarity, Positioning Strategy, Brand Messaging, Brand Identity Direction, Marketing Strategy, and Action Plan.

Each pillar builds on the last. Nothing is done in isolation. By the time we reach the delivery session, your strategy is a complete, cohesive system, not a collection of disconnected documents.

Everything is built from scratch for your specific business. No templates, no copy-paste strategies, no generic advice that could apply to any business in any industry.

The framework we use is structured, because structure produces clarity, but the content is entirely original to you. Your positioning, your messaging, your identity direction are all derived from a deep understanding of your specific business, market, and goals.

The Foundation includes a kick-off session and a delivery and walkthrough session. The Full Build includes a kick-off, 3 to 4 working sessions throughout the engagement, and a delivery session, plus 30 days of post-delivery email support. The Partnership includes everything in the Full Build plus monthly check-ins for 2 to 3 months after delivery.

All sessions are conducted via video call. Each session has a clear agenda and purpose. We do not have calls for the sake of having calls. Every session moves the work forward.

For The Foundation and Full Build, you receive your complete strategy along with the 90-Day Action Plan, which is specifically designed to guide your implementation. The Full Build also includes 30 days of post-delivery email access so you can ask questions as you begin executing.

For The Partnership, implementation oversight is built into the package. I review your content and messaging as you roll out the strategy, join monthly check-ins, and provide refinement rounds on key assets. If you want a thinking partner in your corner during execution, that is the right package for you.
